Crock Pot Meatloaf with Chia seeds

I really love to cook. I collect recipes and do it on my own . Most of the time I add more spices or ingredients to make it more delicious. Now thanks to nancykithchen, i tried their crock pot Meatloaf . The whole family is happy and they say it's delicious.

Crock Pot Meatloaf

2 lbs. Leam ground beef
2 eggs
3 tablespoon of chia seeds
2/3 c of Quaker oats
1 pkg. dry oninon soup mix
1/2 c. catsup / bbq sauce
1 tbps. of
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of water
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into a round loaf for crock pot or oblong for oven. If you are using a crockpot, cook it for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.Top with remaining catsup. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 6 hours This slices very well for sandwiches the next day.
